Hi all, quick post before I hit my spatial statistics workshop.
breakfast:

lunch:

snack:

dinner:
salad 1/15
chicken burger (ate chicken breast and one piece of bread) 7/22

exercise: yup, run at gym
vitamin: si,si
water: not enough

So, hubby knew I was burnt from biz meetings and took me out

Est Total 34 I'm prob est. low???

really must run, however, laurel i too gained 3 lbs overnight!
i give up.

Just back from my WI. Lost 2.6 lbs. for the past two weeks with about 1.8 of that being from this week according to my home scale. This brings me down into the 140s and a lower food range, which I will officially start tomorrow.
Range: 20-25

Midday

Evening
