Hi y'all! Sorta-not-quite-newbie

  • I've read 3FC a while, and registered several months ago, but have fallen so far off my bandwagons the dust from the wheels has settled.

    I've decided I'm not dieting. I'm just going to make lifestyle changes. I've tried South Beach, Sonoma, Weight Watchers, gone to Curves, etc. I just don't stick with things.

    So, no more guilting myself. I'm just going to read about healthy habits, monitor my portion sizes, and keep moving. I figure if I make small changes, it'll work out better in the long run than feeling like I 'have' to do something.
  • That's right-- and stick with it. I tend to start and stop, too, and the only thing that has worked really well for me has been keeping a diary so I can see my progress over weeks and months.
