Today is my one week anniversary of doing a little bit of exercise every day. I am walking a circle around our property twice. It takes me 25 minutes. When I get better, I will do it three times and I will be getting in the 30 minutes required for health. Tomorrow the world!
I am so proud of myself and I couldn't have done it without reading what every one has to say on here, so thanks!!

It will get easier for me if I keep it up.



Truly, I wish more people would believe that whatever point they can start at, whatever they are capable of doing is fine and helps to build stamina. I think sometimes folks psych themselves out thinking they have to do so much right off the bat. I'm one of those people who started with the short bursts of exercise several times a day and gradually extended my times. I'm still at a level folks might consider moderate but it's better than the nothing I was doing before. It makes a difference!
