So I have to confess that I had peach cobbler last night. I was craving it for like two weeks and then was out with my friends somewhere that had it and gave in. But that was all I ate at the resturant (I didn't even eat one french fry) and I didn't get ice cream on it, I let everyone at the table try it so that took up about a quater of it, then I left some in the bottom!!!

B: Yorgut and coffee
L: Egg Baters, ham lunch meat, potato, green peper, onion scambled together; 1 peice whole wheat toast
S: Popcorn (100 calories); Townhouse reduced fat crackers (I've been loving these lately)
D: Open face sloppy joe -- 1 slice whole wheat bread, hambuger split 50/50 with morningstar ground beef starter, onion, green pepper (cooked in with the meat), and a seasoning pack
S: Fried Ice Cream (I don't even want to go into this)

Water: 3 L

Excerise: 32 minutes tread mill
