Hello all! My name is Leah and I am new to this site and to South beach. My brother in law has had great results with it. I quit my weight watchers and bought the book and went grocery shopping today.
How much weight did you lose in phase 1? Did you exercise? I feel like I am eating too much, but I am getting hungry. Snacking on veggies or sugar free jello or a fudge sickle.


Leah! I lost 12 pounds on phase 1, but I'm a whole lotta woman! If you're feeling real hunger, you might not be eating enough. Are you eating protein and veggies with each meal and snack? Are you eating your healthy fats. On this plan, you can lose weight without hunger. 
Leah! Veggies are great snacks but you can dunk them into hummus or a little peanut butter to help make them more satisfying. If you are hungry, eat! Make sure you get protein with every meal and snack. You may feel a little icky the first days while you are "detoxing". The chicks say eating beans and lowfat/nonfat dairy really helps.
