Hello, I just started the SBD yesterday and this phase 1 is harder than I thought. My goal is to lose 25 pounds and keep it off. Any advice would be great.

Sheila! Phase 1 isn't too bad, once you get past the first couple of days, I promise! Remember, it's only for 2 weeks, and the results are well worth it.
