Are you supposed to keep count of your calories when you're on SBD? Or is it more of a eat, but don't over-eat type thing? If so, is there a specific goal I should aim for count-wise?
SBD is not about counting calories. It is about eating the right foods, making it a life time healthy eating plan. I do know that alot of the chicks keep track on fit day watching the calories and the % of fats, carbs, protiens etc. It is a great tool. The link is www.fitday.com.
I don't set a specific calorie goal, but I do keep an eye on how many calories I've consumed thru fitday. I realize that I could potentially overeat without realizing it, if I don't log everything I eat, because I tend to graze rather than have large meals.
