I have food my ww book of complete foods to be a wonderful tool, but it seems to be lacking when it comes to the section of Japanese food. It has Teriyaki Chicken listed by the slice--I have never seen it served in slices at any of our area Japanese resturants and it doesn't even have habachi chicken or any of the stir fried veggies listed. Does anyone one out there have any idea of points for any Japanese foods? I am assuming that the rice would be the same as the fried rice at the chinese resturants, 8 pts per cup, but if I am wrong please let me know.

Rice is 4 points per cup! Fried rice is 8 points per cup. Don't confuse 'em~~
