WW doesn't change journals from week to week or to help us "gather our thoughts" in terms of how we are specifically tweaking the program. After you read the week 6 book, they kind of leave it up to you to decide how many more/less points your going to consume in these food groups and let you manage your own program. The journal is really generic so that you can have the space to "do your own thing" and not force or impose you to perform in a specific way.
