  • Okay ... so here we go - this is the list of things that I need to internalize:
    1. I can't bake and shouldn't try, because I get unbelievably devastated when it doesn't work and then eat the entire icky gooey gross concoction that pretends to be my cake;
    2. Aspartame is bad;
    3. I've already lost 10 pounds this past 2 months, I must be doing something right, so I just need to keep doing what I'm doing and reach my goal;
    4. "The secret" is an unbelievable powerforce for me and I need to just keep listening to the tape/watching the DVD for inspiration;
    5. I need to learn how to differentiate between hungry, tired, thirsty and depressed - I know how to solve each if I can recognize what I'm feeling ... I need to find a tool;

    That being said, here's what I ate today:
    morning: soy choc milk + cup of cherries = 200 calories
    afternoon: salad + tofu + oil + 4 small pieces of black chocolate = 355
    night: beans + salad + oil + soy choc milk + 2 small pieces of black choc + soy shake + vegan carrot cake = 946
    Shouldn't have baked or eaten the carrot cake!!!

    Total: 1501 calories

    Tomorrow (8/15)
    morning: soy high protein shake with soy milk = 200 calories
    afternoon: salad + tofu + oil + 4 small pieces of black chocolate = 355
    night: beans + salad + oil + 2 soy choc milk + passion fruit = 645
    total: 1200
