So I did that today and ordered the "Fitness Grab Bag Set" Who only knows what comes in that... but for $16 total I figured even if I like 1 or 2 DVDs it's a win-win situation... The other stuff I can give away as presents or something!

Thanks for the information! I resisted for days, since I have all but 2 of these (mostly on VHS). When I saw the $10 off deal, I jumped at it! I will replace my VHS ones and get the 2 I didn't have at all. That will only leave 1 workout that I already have on DVD! I'm sure I can find someone to give it to! Can't wait--I'll have more room on my workout shelf with DVD's instead of videos!
Wow thanks! I only have a couple of these DVDs, and I will donate the new duplicates to my library. Plus I've been wanting a balance ball for so long and I got the Scooby Doo kids balance ball for $9.99 (sometimes being short is a good thing!)
I am new to but really enjoying WATP and it will be great to have more variety for indoor WOs once the rains start here.
Thanks for posting this! I saw the same deal on a shopping board BUT just looked at the picture and thought it was only 3 DVD's! I am a huge Leslie Sansone fan and tend to do her longer, more advanced walks now but I'm trying to conceive baby #3 and if I get pregnant, these DVD's will be great (otherwise, they'll be good when I want to move but want a lighter workout)!
Looks like some people are being sent 7 or 9 DVDs instead of 12. If that happens to you make sure they lowered the price that they charged you to 11.99 (call customer service if you have to) that was the price they were chargeing for the smaller set.
I'm not really happy about them changing peoples orders without first confirming they still wanted to order if they ran out of some DVDs.
Mine came today. I did get the 12 though so I'm hoping not too many people here end up with smaller sets.
Needless to say I won't be ordering from them again. Sheeze.
I wondered about that. My e-mail confirmation for my order said 7, not 12. I will wait until it's delivered to see how many I actually get. But thanks for the tip if I don't get the full 12 to push for a decreased charge.
I'm in the same boat! I ordered 12, got charged for 12 (I already checked my credit card), but my email telling me they shipped says 7! They are supposed to be here today, so I'm bracing myself for the inevitable phone call to customer service (and the not-so-helpful people I've heard about on several of these discussion threads)
Yep, this happened to me. And I'd always had such good experiences with Gaiam. I wrote an email to their customer service address and received this reply:
Thank you for your email.
You are correct that the set changed, and we are refunding the price difference to you.

What remains to be seen is if they actually do the refund, it hasn't happened yet.
Well, my order came today and it had ALL 12 in it! Was I surprised! Unfortunately, I had already emailed customer service because my email telling me it had shipped said 7 DVD's and my credit card was billed for 12. I had to do a follow-up email apologizing and thanking them for such a great deal. But I hope they learn a lesson from all the hassles and complaints they've gotten over this deal!
I've already done one of the workouts I didn't have (Walk With Me). I have one more new one and the rest are upgrades from VHS. I still can't get over what a deal that was!
