  • Down 2.5! I've now lost over 70 pounds since January 16 so this week will be my7 month anniversary of my lifestyle change. I wonder what the next 5 will bring!?

    I'm still 267 today....I managed to loose 3 inches off my waist though. I'm not sure how that works out. Oh well I'm off to the gym thick or thin.

    I didn't have a great weekend though. It started with dinner on Saturday night. I had my parents over for an all out dinner, and I bought a raspberry torte. I managed to finish it off on Sunday. Ugh. I wonder if it's going to catch up with me this week? Oh well, today is a new day, and one day off doesn't mean I'm a failure.

  • Way to go, ladies! No good news - I think I'm probably up a couple of pounds from two weeks of vacation. The good news is it's Monday and I got out of bed on plan this morning. Walked/jogged two miles and had my "normal" on plan breakfast. I'll weigh next week and see where I'm at. Just not up to it today. :-)

    Accountability time for me. I had done reasonably well on vacation, and somehow just lost it when I got back here. I would start out well in the day, but the exercise was a drag and I somehow lost my new-found ability to eat just one or two potato chips. So, it's back to the beginning for me! I have never moved my ticker to reflect an increase that I knew was just water weight, but I know that I've earned this one by making poor choices, so...

    Up two pounds for me - from my Thursday weigh-in ('cuz I was gone and couldn't do my regular Monday weigh-in). **SIGH** Back to the drawing board for me!
