  • My goal this month is to maintain the running I've been doing and add in some strength training. It will be a big obstacle because we will be spending the majority of the month on vacation, so this is how I will keep myself on track instead of slipping on my weight loss.

    Specific goals:
    At least five miles run twice a week
    At least forty-five minutes on the elliptical twice a week (in New Jersey)
    Pilates twice a week
    Walk *somewhere* every day (in New Jersey)
