5 Weeks and here's the scoop!
Ok, 2000 calories, switching from exchange Plan to Core Plan WW and still calculating 2000 calories btw... eating less white flour last week and this week but the following week will be back on the exchange Plan for variety and no boredom here, I promise...
How about -18 lbs. down!!!!
I started at 285 lbs. Now, down to 267! I started back on June 12th after a 50 lb. regain so I am relieved I didn't keep going higher than that!
