Default Woohoo! That's a nice surprise!

I was asked to eat some cake today at work and the man is super nice and he's been so good to me on my diet and I've turned down bday treats 3 times already so I said yes. I planned around it last night and then today for the most part. I am so proud because I ended up with 1015 cals yesterday and 1234 cals today! I am weighing in at my Sunday weigh in even after I eat now!

Just so proud I could have my cake and eat it too. LOL! I know it was a treat and I won't do it all the time but now I know I can really do this for the rest of my life! I can splurge here and there and it's not the end of the world! I won't go overboard.....don't worry!

Oh, and I know 1200 should be minimum but I didn't know how many cals would e in the cake and such so I didn't want to go over.

congratulations! It's always a great feeling to know that losing weight doesn't equate to giving up yummy foods - it's learning that some foods are best enjoyed as treats on special occasions and in moderate portions.

Woo hoo! What's the point of cake if you can't eat it? Sure, it's probably pretty...but still! Good job on keeping the calories down AND enjoying the cake!

That is such a revelation. You're right. This is for the long haul, so that is a good strategy for coping with life!
