
Wish me well. I have been reading this forum for some time and really need support in my desperate goal. I am going to be going to Hawaii next May and I want to badly to not imbarrass my husband and children. I DO not wear shorts in public but I don't see how to not do that on the beach.
I am going to start my eating program today. Let me know what you think

No soda at all----water only.
eat small meals 5 times a day.
breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, diner, snack.
no eating after 7:30
working at gym 3-4 days per week for starters.
I am hoping to leave my home at 6:00, workout for about 1/2 hour then home to shower and be ready for kids to get here.
