Smile New here

Hi everyone!
I'm Tina, married to Chris for 14 years. We live in NY with our 2 boys (AJ & Kyle) & one in heaven (Tyler) watching over us. We also have 2 dogs & my sister-in-law just moved in with us.
For the last 2 months I have really kicked myself in gear to lose this weight. I started walking every morning & got up to 2.5 miles before the humidity became too much. Now I do what I can at home with dvd's & go to my parent's to use their bike & treadmill. My goal is to lose 200 pounds.
I belong to several other groups but I don't seem to find anyone that's serious & their excuses become my own. Before I know it I'm arguing with myself to knock it off.
I have just spent the last hour surfing around this site & I want sooooo much to be in the Goal section. I want to be someon'es inspiration.
I hope to make some great friends here!

Tina, that's wonderful! Sometimes we have to focus on the big picture - where you initially came from! Twenty-three pounds is a lot - that's three more pounds than my one year old. So, you've lost an entire one year old already!!!
