Hi just like to introduce myself. I am currently looking for a little support with my weight loss journey. I'm always strugling with my weight, i used to weigh 147 lbs a year and a half ago. Out of lazyness and a disregard to my exercise routine , i also started eating alot of junk food. So no need to state te obious but i will, i gained 60 lbs and not feeling great about myself. I just moved into a different city and would like some support. I can provide insight to diets and exercise cause i've just about done them all , and i no which ones worked for me.
