Wow, bummer about the broken ankle! Obviously you are limited in the exercise you can do right now... except you could do stuff like maybe get some Danskin weight balls (I LOVE mine) and work your arms and stuff with them. Also get started on a sensible eating plan and stick with it.
I am in Seattle area now but used to live in Fort Lauderdale so I was a Florida girl for a while too!
