FF yogurt w/cereal mixed in 3/7
Body Smarts fruit chews 1.5/8.5

L:
Ham sandwich 2.5/11
Carrots 0/11
WW 2 pt bar 2/13

D:
Boca burger on lf bread 2/15
1 cup skim milk 2/17
Steamed zucc/squash w/a little Parmesan cheese 1/18

Snack:
Did some more baking - more cookie dough consumed than I care to admit 10/28 oink!

Water:
80 oz plus

Exercise:
3 mile walk outside

Dinner (12)
steak 4 oz - 7, potatoes - 2, spinach - 1, skinny cow - 2

Exercise - planning track work out 1 1/2 hrs. = 7 pts activity
Water - 48 oz.

Estimated Total: 22 -- banked 3 pts.

boca chicken burger thing 3/17
artichoke

piece of pumpernickel (the good stuff) w/butter 3/21
exercise: dog putter, gym (30 mins)
vitamin:si,si
challenge: cookie dough making tonight, must not sample
water: must drink all today

Have been soooooo busy at work (end of year not a pretty time to be an accounting clerk) and DH hogging computer at home...
