how did you all do today?

  • Hi All!

    Happy first day of Summer!!! Its now 9:48 pm here in Hamilton, and the last of the light is just fading from the sky....beautiful.

    Anyways, how did everybody do today?

    I did pretty good I think...aside from the exercise department.

    Breakfast: Yop Yogurt Drink (150 cals) and some cantelope

    Lunch: 2 pieces of Kilbasa, 1 piece of low fat old chedder cheese, 1 Campbell's "Soup at Hand", 1 small mango

    Dinner - Tuna melt on a pita (had tomatoes, onions and cheese on it), garden salad with italian dressing.

    I didn't really do much exercise...I walked to and from work (about 40 minutes total), and was on my feet all day at work. Hopefully I will get some sit-ups and pushups in before bed.

    I don't know if anybody else gets this way...but I am feeling kind of scared. I am scared that come Monday when I weigh myself I won't have a loss...I'm scared that I'm not doing enough. I'm also scared that when I lose the weight, that I won't be able to keep it off. And I'm scared of failing.

    Anyways, I guess thats my rant.

  • First off, do not be scared. You can do this, and you are doing this. The only one who can make you fail or return to your 'old ways' is YOU!

    I ate well today. My weigh-in day is tomorrow, so I am hoping for good results!
