Question About LAWL Program
Hello,
I am thinking of trying this but don't have a center close to me. Does anyone here use the online program? Also, is anyone trying it on their own and if so how is it going for you? I will probably join the online program but first would like to see if this is something I will stick with before putting out alot of money. I think I have most of this figured out (I would be on the blue plan) but not sure how many fat servings I can have per day. Also I am totally confused about how the carb cravers menus work. For example if I did the carb cravers meals would I be substituting for something else? If someone could explain or point me toward a thread that explains I would really appreciate it :-).
