Newbie here! I have what feels like a TON to loose. I have let myself go for far too long and now I'm afraid I'll dye soon if I don't do something. I'm hoping that joining this group will help, since, like most of you I'm sure, I've tried almost all the diets ~ WW, Lean Line, Atkins, Protien Shakes, etc. ~ and failed.

I think that this group might be the answer becasue I have been able to stick to this 'lifestyle change' for a week now and don't feel at all deprived.

Anyway, I just wanted to introduce myself and say thanks for the support!!!! And good luck to all the other newbies!!!!

BTW, can anyone tell me why my weight tracker isn't showing in this message or how to add a 2nd one to track mini goals??
