1/2 glass wine - 2, bread - 4, oil - 2, risotto - 3, veal saltimboca - 6, dessert - 5


Total - 36
water - 48 oz
Exercise - hoping to do 1/2 hr at home tonight

Great WI. Lost 3.2 lbs., so I made up for the 1.6 I gained the past two weeks plus some. It felt great.

Morning
ww smoothie with soy milk 3
strawberries 1

Midday
grilled tofu 3
grilled veggies 0
vigoraide soy drink 4

Evening
seitan 4
garlic mashed potatoes 4
collard greens 0

Total: 19
