Exercise - hoping to do 1/2 hr at home tonight

Great WI. Lost 3.2 lbs., so I made up for the 1.6 I gained the past two weeks plus some. It felt great.
Morning
ww smoothie with soy milk 3

Midday
grilled tofu 3

vigoraide soy drink 4
Evening
seitan 4
garlic mashed potatoes 4
