Hot Weather Recipes?
Since we don't have central air in my house, I try to avoid heating up the kitchen as much as possible in hot weather. Does anyone have any good ideas for no-cooking or minimal cooking entrees for summer? My standbys are grilling outside, salade nicoise, a couscous salad with leftover meat and veggies from the grill. But we sure could stand for some new inspirations, as the same-old, same-old gets boring. I'm also having a lot of company this summer, so I feel like I need to plan ahead .
