Sweet treats?

  • I've seen mention a couple times of a "sweet treat allowance of 75-100 calories a day". What does this mean? How does it fit it with the meals and snacks?

    Thanks!

  • You may have something sweet, such as SF popsicles, SF hard candies, etc., up to 75 calories.
  • So is this tempting-sounding sweet treat in *addition to* the breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, dessert "schedule" or do I "use up" a snack or dessert with the sweet treat?

    Sorry to be so dense!

  • you can have the sweet treat of 75-100 calories any way you wish

    as gum
as crystal light or splenda at a meal or snack
as a popsicle after a meal or a sweet treat....

i have mine as a fudge pop before bed most nights.
  • You are NOT dense. It is an extra so indulge when you want to.
Now - go to bed! It's already tomorrow over there, isn't it?
