    Well hello....I am on the verge of starting a new diet. I am 278 lbs and 24 years old. I am watching all my friends around me get married and I just realized that I am just not happy with where I am. I want the dream of just dating someone worth while but most guys look at my size and run the other direction. I want to be happy.

    SO..........FatSmash Diet here I come. Wish me luck.

    If you look under the diet forums there is one for the Fat Smash Diet if you also wanted to talk to others doing the same diet.

    Hello Starry Eyed ! I'm new to Fat Smashing as well ... reasons being similar to yours ... I could just be soooo much happier if I cared enough to change some things in my life (weight being priority). Definitely check out the FS forum, it's full of info and best of all other's real experiences and support ... Best of luck!
