according to the ww plan, i eat between 25-30 pts every day& about 40 on sat. my bodys not starvibg, but i think it thinks it is. any ideas?
I'm not sure what to tell you other than to make a big pot of zero point soup and to snack on that when you are feeling hungry. Eventually your stomach will shrink and then you won't feel hungry all the time.
If you are thinking about food all the time, then my suggestion would be to find some new activities to take your mind off of food.
I have the same problem with my body, so I know how frustrating it is!
KD: I know you don't want to hear this, but WHAT are you eating has a role in how you lose weight as well. If your 25-30 points aren't well coordinated and balanced, you will not have weight loss.
1. How old are you.
2. How are you distributing the points (carbs vs. protein, and how many fruits?)
3. Are you getting any activity (and I don't mean 40 minutes on a treadmill, either. ANY activity? Walking, housework, etc. count too.)
4. On Saturdays, are you sure you're only doing 40 points? ARE you keeping the journal so you KNOW for SURE that during the week there are days you are eating at the lower end to be able to eat 10 points more every Saturday?
Keep these things in mind for starters... Also, what is your current weight and height?

thanks. im not phisically starving, my just thinks it is.
and yes, i journal, yes im careful during the week&on sat&i eat lots of protein(hate fruit&most veggies) and try 2 work out when i caan. im 5'5, 171
How many points a day in protein? How many points a day in Carbs? WHAT you're eating has as much of an impact as the number of points you eat. It might be about calories in vs. calories expended, but you do need a balance there.
