not enough sleep

  • Lastnight was awful, I kept waking up at least once an hour. Well that really screwed up my morning bad! I did get up and do the eliptical for a lil bit (only for 10 minutes ). Anyways, after I got throughw tih it, my stomach started to hurt really bad I started to feel nausitated so I made myself something to eat...I still felt sick. So I layed back down for a lil bit, my stomach isnt hurting now but omg I have no energy at all . I feel lazy and I feel like crap!
  • Take it easy today! Be proud that you had the motivation to do that 10 minutes. 10 minutes is way better than no minutes! Try taking a nap today and just relax. Tomorrow is another day.
  • Ugh, you poor thing! Good job with your ten minutes but take care of yourself! Sleep as much as possible and drink water to flush whatever is bothering you out of your system.
  • I'm starting to feel much better. I got my butt up and got dressed, gave my son a bath and took him to the park. He played for about 15 minutes, then I took him walking on the walking trail for about 20 minutes. Im really glad im feeling better.
