I have been up and down with wondering which diet to follow, etc. I have now decided to stick to SB no matter what since I felt so good while I was on it. I am also IR and am scared to just follow a diet that recommends eating 3 portions of fruit and 3 portions of ww rice/pasta/bread. I like the fact that SB gradually re-introduces these in any case.
Previously I found phase 1 very difficult, but I really want to lose this weight now. I have made an appointment with a dietician for the end of May, but I am going to try SB one last time before going. If it works well, I might even cancel the appointment.
