So I haven't been here in what seems like forever Had to put everything on hold since my grandpa had a heart attack and bunch of medical issues, but now that that is taken care of for the most part.

I am back and wanting to jump right in! I am going to loose all that weight and start my way towards that healthier lifestyle.
