Hello all I thought I'd introduce myself. I'm 26 years old and a mother of 3. My life is pretty busy so I find it hard to eat right and exercise. Also I'll admit I'm alittle lazy. I'd love to find someone in the same boat that can help keep me motivated and I can do the same. I also look forward to getting to know you all.

I'd like to loose about 105 lbs. Man does that seem impossible now but I feel that I can do it. Thanks for listening.

Hi!! Congrats on making the decision to be healthy!! I too am 26 and a mom to one crazy little 15 month old!! I started my diet 3 weeks ago and am already seeing progress AND feeling better!! It's hard but you can do it!! Go mama!!!
