  • I've tried them, I don't paticularly like them -- because I like a more aerobic workout, and he tends to focus on toning and things like that (or from what I've seen). He's on Fittv --- every day last time I checked (but I moved and don't have cable anymore) but I'm sure his workouts are still on there.
  • Yes, he has a show on FIT TV. I don't have digital cable, so I don't get it. He's been on tv for years-like 20 or something (used to come on ESPN in the morning). I have a couple of his videos. One is called Step & Tone. It's a basic step aerobics workout using light hand weights for toning. I also have his Quick Fit system. It has 3 cardio routines, based on kick boxing and a dvd of toning segments. They're 20 minutes each. There's a hips, thighs, buns segment, an abs segment, a chest and back segment, and a shoulders and arms segment. I am on my way to do them right now. He's straightforward. No dancey steps. I've read that some people thinks he's boring and repetative. I like him though . I followed the Quick Fit system last year for almost 3 months and toned up fairly well, but didn't lose much weight-maybe 5 pounds in 3 months . Now, I've lost the weight that I wanted to, so I'm going to use him some for my toning again.
    Good luck,
    Donna
  • I like Gilad workouts on FitTV, mostly the Total Body Sculpt. It's filmed in Hawaii. The music and the steps are repetitive, which makes it very easy to follow the first time. "Real nice." I think he's a motivating instructor.
