Default Phase 1 and headaches

Hello all!

Well, i'm in my third day of phase 1 and i've been experiencing some headaches since yesterday. Is it due to the lack of carbs and sugar i am not eating? I took some advil this morning and it seems to be working, but i was just wondering if anybody else have been experiencing headaches in this phase and if it will go away after a couple of days?

Thanks!

I had headaches and felt really tired and dizzy sometimes. It passes really quickly...like by day 5. You are basically detoxing, so you will feel a little bad.

Hang in there...you will be fine. I asked the same questions when it happened to me and got the same response

I had headaches in the beginning too. I was a soda junky. If you're cutting back on your caffeine that could be leading to headaches, as well. You are allowed to have 1-2 servings a day of caffeine. I switched off of diet soda and on to green tea it's a lot healthier.

Thanks. I'm happy to know that i'm not the only one. I do not drink coffee, but i ate a lot of sugary stuff, a lot of pasta, potatoes and bread. So, i'm happy to know that i'm not the only one. I hope this goes away after a few days.

thanks girls!

It's a good sign - it means your body is detoxing! Remember to have dairy and legumes - it helps!

Yes, i get my dairy everyday and a lot of vegetables. I also made myself some chili with ground chicken. Very good, and it keeps me full for a long time.

I'm glad my body is detoxicating. That's a great sign.

thanks again.

and legumes help... did you put beans in the chili? if you used canned beans rinse them first.

I love beans I think truly they are what saved me in phase 1!
