Planning Tuesday April 17

  • Yesterday went ok. I ended up going off plan some because my friends wanted to go to Mexicantown for lunch and I hadn't been in awhile. I adjusted my dinner a little because I was still so full from lunch. Then only had a rice cake as my evening snack. How did everyone else do?

    B: Cream of Wheat made with ff milk
    L: Chicken Salad Sandwich on wheat, carrots
    D: Pork Chop, Broccoli and cauliflower, Lipton broccoli and rice side
    S: Chocolate rice cake and cool whip, probable some more veggies maybe green beans.

    Water: 3 Liters

    WO: Walking to and from school 1.2 miles
  • yeah I think I ended up going over about 200-300 calories yesterday. I was just famished when I got home and instead of occupying myself, I ate!

    Back to the grind...

    B: 1/2 apple, V8
    S: 1 cup green pepper strips, 2 tbsp rach dressing
    L: LC mushroom pizza
    S: 1 c popcorn
    D: Going to Chipotle tonight possibly... I think I'll have to stick with the grilled chicken salad.
