Dear. Help

So What Am I Suppose To Do.. I Dont Want Be Lazy And Boring.. I Really Hate.. Cuz My Leg Broke Happen 2 Month Ago... It Pretty Bad Hurt... I Really Wanna Exersice For Sure I Can Do It

I broke my shoulder 5 weeks ago, I can't exercise. either, right now, but I can diet I just do the best I can until my shoulder heals.

Hey monkeygirl, do you have physical therapy for your leg? Maybe it's not healed enough yet, but your dr. should be able to refer you for physical therapy. That's the best way to get it better so you can exercise. And in the mean time, just be careful that you eat healthy foods, get plenty of calcium.
