I'm in a great mood today. My ticker is finally accurate again. I weighed in today at 121.5. I've also made the decision that once Lent is over, at least for a transitional period, I won't keep any meat, bread, or cheese at home. That way, if I want those foods, I can go out and get them at a restaurant, but I won't be tempted to binge at home. I'm the type of person that could go overboard and overindulge in all the "new foods" I can eat, so I think this will help. I got more groceries delivered this past weekend, so I'm stocked up with veggie/fruity goodness for a while.

I rejoining water aerobics today!!! I'm so psyched.
I'm also going to limit sodas to the weekends and 'bad' fast food to once a week. 

Congrats to all of us that made it thru it wasn't always easy but we stuck to it.
After a good night's sleep, we went out to a breakfast buffet...I restrained myself to only two trips up to get food. Later in the day, I met up with a friend and had an EXCELLENT filet mignon.
