Everyone weigh in 03/30/07

    Me: 177.5, down two pounds from last week. Up and down, up and down, but still in a generally downward direction, so I am happy. This is a bit of challenging few weeks for me. Things have been very slow at work, and they've been giving us voluntary days off. I've been taking them since I can basically afford to, and I hope it will help stem off a mandatory lay off. I'm a four day week-end now. I just hope I don't end up losing ground during this time!
  • 182, a full pound from last week, but I still feel like I'm losing so slowly. I guess I'm just impatient to make my way out of the 180's. I got a nice little boost yesterday, though...another half inch off my waist, down to 32".

  • 175 lb -- down 1 lb from last week. Considering that this is my TOM, I'm very happy about that. Plenty of NSVs this week, too. Hopefully that means that my plateau is behind me...
  • I was 248 on the 27th, and today I'm about 242. Yesterday I was 241.5. So I guess balanced I'm probably 242-243.

    6 pounds from restarting.

    13 pounds overall. My official weigh in day is April 1st =)
  • I'm plat-O'd at 163. But that's OK. It's a great deal better than gaining, and I know the scale will move again.

  • I was 141 this morning; probably a lot more after that piece of DH's entenmann's chocolate cake he insisted I buy. It stinks that he likes these snacks, but I did stop at one piece. I was just craving some chips and glad that I hadn't gotten those for him this week. Oh well, I've some of his junk food and still lost weight anyway. I guess its OK once in a while.
  • Started On March 12 At 237 Now March 30 I'm 232 Goal Is 125 Not Sure When I Will Get There But Change Is Hard So I Got Help By Joining Tops (like Ww But Cheaper) & Joined A Gym & Starting There On Monday - On April 10th Start A 6 Week Course On Core Training (abs Basically & Butt & Building Up The Strength In Lower Back Etc.) Lets See If I Put Some Muscle Behind My Words - Birthday Is May 13th And Want To Be Below 200 By Then - And Will Work Towards That Goal !!!
  • I lost 2 lbs. a couple of weeks ago, gained 2 lbs. back last week and lost 2 lbs. this week, so I guess I'll call it even!
  • I weighed in today at 179.6, down form 195 less than 2 months ago. I am still losing even after my big birthday meal a few days ago. Yay!

    .....AND...... two days later I'm down one more!!! YAY! Another pound! Woo HOO! I feel like dancing!!!!
  • I'm at 148.5. Down a whopping 9 lbs. I'm trying to avoid getting impatient. Every day the scale doesn't go up is a victory.
