Hi everyone

  • Well I've made alot of posts to this board lately about different diets because I'm a huge flip flopper and it's just making me huge!
    My Dr told me I need to do South Beach this is the third time she's told me so I figure I'm finally going to do it. I'm going to start tomorrow I need to do some grocery shopping. Well just wanted to stop by and say hi. Hopefully I'll be here for a while.

    Make sure you get the SBD book and read it thoroughly before starting this program so you'll understand the entire concept of this diet. Be sure to check out our entire forum, especially the FAQ and recipe boards, there's a wealth of info and great recipes there!

    Follow Cottages advice to the "T" Make sure you understand it but I can tell you.. I really works well!
