It all really depends on what you like-I have done zillions of videos! Are you looking for strength training, aerobics, step aerobics, yoga, Pilates, dance videos, striptease, hula...there are TONS of videos out there. Do you like more quiet instructors, or louder, perkier ones? Do you have a music preference? Are you a beginner, intermediate, or advanced fitness level?
