There's one that's a ball workout, a dumbbell workout and a weighted ball workout. They're 45 minutes plus a 20 minute cardio workout. I have an old Gin Miller tape and really like her. I was just wondering if these were very challenging or mainly for beginners. I did a google search and looked on video fitness and couldn't find any info. I didn't even find anything on the Danskin website.
