I used to visit this site from time-to-time, but forgot about it somewhere along the way. I was reading Oprah's magazine the other day and say this site mentioned in it, so I thought I would come back here!
I am trying to get my 30's body into shape! I have been going to the gym an average of 3 times per week since mid December, but haven't been seeing any progress in weight or inches loss - only body fat. Because of this, I've started calorie counting this week. I hope this will provide more progress.
