Hi Everyone - I'm another new one today

    I'm Cheryl. Live in NC.

    I used to visit this site from time-to-time, but forgot about it somewhere along the way. I was reading Oprah's magazine the other day and say this site mentioned in it, so I thought I would come back here!

    I am trying to get my 30's body into shape! I have been going to the gym an average of 3 times per week since mid December, but haven't been seeing any progress in weight or inches loss - only body fat. Because of this, I've started calorie counting this week. I hope this will provide more progress.

    You'll like it here! There's something for everyone and many, many people that have accomplished terrific things!

    Have you checked out www.Fitday.com ? It's free and a GREAT way to count calories and see how your nutrition is coming along as well as tracking your exercise.

    Keep going on your exercise. Even if you may not drop pounds right away, you will get in better shape and probably lose a bunch of inches!
