    How do you figure out how many activity points you get for YBB? Can anyone tell me, please?

    Do you like YBB? I've seen the infomercial a few times and almost ordered it a few times, but am curious to hear about the actual workout and if it's worth the price.

    I ordered YBB from Amazon, for $20 (4 CD set). You might want to look around. I just got it so I've only tried the first DVD so far and I think it is good, but the instructors kind of annoy me. I may need to do it with the sound off.

    I usually count the workout as mod. intensity for the cardio stuff and low intensity for the stretch portion.
