Meatloaf

  • Does anyone know how to figure points for foods made at home such as meatloaf that have several ingredients combined into one? Any help would be appreciated. I have done WW many times but never figured out how to do this.
  • Keep track of individual points for each ingredient, add it all up & divide by the number of portions you get.
  • There are 3 ways:

    1) total up the cal/fat/fiber for each ingredients and the divide each by the number of servings and then figure points

    2) total up the points for each ingredient and then divide that by the number of points

    or

    3) use a program like Master Cook ( www.mastercook.com ) or the Recipe Builder at the W/W page if you have e-tools or do the online program.
