I did get close to my goal weight i had set. I went from a size 20 to a size 8. I still have issues I want to work on for the spring/bikini season. I want to tone my arms, work on my stomach/abs, and tone my thighs. Lets just say I received my Victoria Secrets catalog today. I really want the Juicy Couture Bikini!!!!!!
I also stopped watching what I eat so I want to get back into eatting healthy..drinking more water, etc.
I have lost the motivation and I need to get it back..
I have a treadmill, eliptical machine, and tons of weights & workout dvds in the basement. My New Years Resolution was to put them to use.. I have not done that yet.!!!

SO I would like advice on what i can do to get back on track.. also if anyone has a good workout plan or weight plan to help with my goals by end of march/beginning April. I appreciate it.
