I've read through the posts in this forum and many sufferers of PCOS has said the best/most successful diet for people with PCOS is the Atkins or Low Carb diet.
I know in the Atkins diet you eat a lot of mean and no carbs like potatoes, bread and pasta. Is there a veggie version? Or can anyone suggest how I can incorporate low carb into a veggie diet? I've cut back on bread and pasta and the likes, but how can I make it so that I'm not just eating fruit and veg?!
Any help would be much appreciated!


Same with wholemeal pasta I'm guessing?
(though I should!) I don't eat any meat, but I do eat eggs and milk, dairy foods. Cotage cheese is an excellent idea, that never crossed my mind!
