Any try this one yet??

My mommy uses Zone.

She's been doing it for a little over a month now, and she says she hasn't seen great weight loss with it, but it's definitely toned her up.

I never heard of it, could you let me know where you got it? I would be interested in something like that.

hey, i actually just found two zone pilates VHS tapes in my closet and the pilates ring...so i tried it out (3 times b/c its only 11min long)...it's just day 1 so i really dont know if it will work for me, but anyone else tried this program? did you see results? and if so, in how long?
