Default Another newbie

Hello all. I've been faffing around with the same 2+ extra stone for way too many years now and have finally decided it's time to do something about it. Well, to be totally honest I've "finally decided" too many times to count which is why I'm here - help! I managed to find the will power to stop smoking 3 years ago which didn't help my waistline but when it comes to food I'm useless. I did join another internet site but nobody ever seems to use it and then I saw this one described in a magazine as the best support group on the net Anyway I'm glad to be here and looking forward to getting to know you lot. Where did you get your ticker things from? I'm not really good with computers

Talking Welcome

Hey Doughnut to 3fc's

This is defintly the best support you can get online , since i started i have had unlimited support from different sections and all different people from all over the world. Good luck with your weightloss i wish you the best of luck for you weightloss , i gave up smoking a year ago now and it hit my waist too not majority but i put on about half a stone so i know how hard it is but if you can conquer smoking you will have the wheelpower to do this too.

You can get your ticker from the above panals. IF you click on quick links then go to sig weight tracker , click on that and fill in the details and then click the slider you want , and the little thing to mark your loss and then it will tell you which code to put into your signature copy the code , then go to Quick links , edit signature and then once in there paste the code in there and click sumbit and your all done.

I hope that helps. all the best.

Teresa
