I've lurked here on and off for a while but just got motivated enough to join. I'm hoping to lose 40 pounds over the next year.
About me...I'm a vegan and trying very hard to cut all the junk out of my diet. I'm planning to do a 21-day raw food challenge in January to jump start my weight loss.
I'm pretty good about journaling but I tend to forget to exercise, and I'm the type that needs to work extra hard in order to lose even the smallest bit of weight.
So...I'm hoping to find like-minded buddies here who can motivate me and in return I'll try do the same.

hello I just joined yesterday also.welcome.Good luck on weightloss .I have 52 lbs to lose over the next year..really really feeling it this year i took a year off due to back injury I had lost 105 lbs but put 27 back on..so now back to losing 52 but I know I can do it....continue my 82 lbs lost so far.
