what kind of diets or eating plans everyone is using. what has worked for you. i use to be good with weight watchers about 5 years ago. it was the old plan before flex. i am going to try that again.

No "diet" works for me. Personally, being a binger and a compulsive eater if I try to restrict myself by dieting and not allowing certain foods, I always fail. What has worked for me over the past 10 months has been making the most healthy choices that I can, eating in moderation, writing down EVERYTHING I eat in a journal, and as it turns out I've been able to stay under 1700 calories maximum (with some non-bingeing exceptions of course). Sometimes even 1300-1500 calories. Oh yeah and excercise 4-5 times a week on my bike 30-45 minutes. Thats about it.

Before this, I did try everything out there, weight watchers, jenny craig, hypnosis, hoodia, dexatrim, slim fast....etc etc etc lol

Sorry, rambling......

it seems since the holiday with all this sugary and salty food i have been eating i just feel drained.
thanks for all your input. i like to hear what works for everyone. it is very motivating.
my one key to success is 10 cups of water a day. i just feel better functionally and it's easier for me to lose.
