No "diet" works for me. Personally, being a binger and a compulsive eater if I try to restrict myself by dieting and not allowing certain foods, I
always fail. What has worked for me over the past 10 months has been making the most healthy choices that I can, eating in moderation, writing down EVERYTHING I eat in a journal, and as it turns out I've been able to stay under 1700 calories maximum (with some non-bingeing exceptions of course). Sometimes even 1300-1500 calories. Oh yeah and excercise 4-5 times a week on my bike 30-45 minutes. Thats about it.
Before this, I did try everything out there, weight watchers, jenny craig, hypnosis, hoodia, dexatrim, slim fast....etc etc etc lol
